Why Worry?

Another old saying, 'worry is like a rocking chair,u go back n forth, but it wont get you anywhere'. How far do you agree with it? I'd say that i'm not against, but yet again, not completely agree. Worrying has been one of human's nature. We worry because we love, or even up to the extend of afraid. Give for example, when ur love ones are not home yet at 12, wouldn't it get you anxious? That shows we're worry, and at the same time, it shows that we care and love.

However, at times, when something is done already, why worry? Nothing can be changed. We bear the fruits we planted. How much we put in, is how much we get in return. Worrying in this situation does not only make us increasingly stress, but also might lead us to wrong decisions and divert our priority.

Nevertherless, worrying is a perfect stimuli to make people improve. We human tends to learn after making mistakes. Therefore, after the first failure, we will get worry if this failure is to repeat, and thus, improve ourself.
